📦 1. Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

Standard Orders: Once your order is completed, items will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days(excluding pre-order items).

Fulfillment Days: Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday through Sunday will be processed sequentially starting the following Monday.

Holidays: No fulfillment or delivery services are available on weekends or national holidays. Processing will resume on the next official business day.
🚚 2. Taiwan Delivery Estimates
Once your package leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Taipei City: 1 to 3 business days post-shipping.

Other Taiwan Regions: 3 to 5 business days post-shipping (excluding remote areas and offshore islands).

Remote Areas & Offshore Islands: Delivery times vary and will be adjusted based on local postal and carrier schedules.
⚠️ 3. Potential Delays & Inventory Alert

Peak Seasons & Peak Volume: During major promotional campaigns, shopping festivals, or peak holidays (such as Lunar New Year, Valentine's Day, and Christmas), high carrier volume may cause an unexpected 1 to 2 business day delay. We will issue official announcements beforehand.

Inventory & Quality Issues: If we encounter inventory shortages or product defects during inspection at the time of fulfillment, our support team will contact you immediately via phone or email to resolve the issue before shipping.
